UNMARRIED PARTNER VISA

The Unmarried Partner visa category is for long term partners of British citizens, persons with indefinite leave to remain in the UK or limited leave to remain under Appendix EU or Appendix ECAA, who wish to join, or stay with their partner in the UK. You can also apply if your partner is outside the UK, but intending to return to the UK with you.

SPOUSE VISA & CIVIL PARTNER

The UK Spouse Visa is for partners of British or Irish citizens, persons with indefinite leave to remain in the UK, refugee leave or humanitarian protection or limited leave to remain under Appendix EU or Appendix ECAA, who wish to join, or stay with, their husband or wife in the UK. You can also apply for a UK Spouse Visa if your Spouse is outside the UK, but is intending to return to the UK with you.

FIANCE VISA & PROPOSED CIVIL PARTNER VISA

The UK Fiance visa category is for engaged partners of British citizens, persons with indefinite leave to remain in the UK or limited leave to remain under Appendix EU or Appendix ECAA who wish to enter the UK and marry within 6 months of their arrival. An application for a UK Fiance visa must be made from outside the UK.

CHILD VISA

If you are a child under 18 living overseas and you have a parent or other relative who is either settled or applying for settlement in the UK, then you may be eligible to apply for a child visa to enter and remain in the UK indefinitely.

FAMILY MEMBER OF PBS MIGRANT VISA

The Family Member of a PBS Migrant visa category is for partners and children of points-based system migrants to enter and remain the UK with their family member. To apply in this category, you must be related to a PBS migrant as either their husband, wife, civil partner, unmarried partner, same sex partner or child (under the age of 18 at first application).

ADULT DEPENDENT RELATIVE VISA

The Adult Dependent Relative visa category is for adult dependent relatives of British citizens in the UK, persons settled in the UK, persons with limited leave to remain in the UK under Appendix EU or persons in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection status, who wish to settle here.

TIER 1 ENTREPRENEURS & INVESTORS

If you currently hold a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, you can apply for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension until 5 April 2023. If your application is successful, you will be granted an extension of stay as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur for a period of 2 years. Applications for indefinite leave to remain as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur can be made until 5 April 2025.
