Our Steps to our Service Delivery
Step 1
We offer flexible delivery of our UK Immigration Services, and we welcome initial consultations in person, over the phone, or via video. During the initial consultation, we evaluate the strengths of your case and determine your eligibility to apply for entry or stay in the UK, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
Step 2
We hope that after your consultation, you will choose to retain Clearview Immigration Services for your UK immigration needs. If you decide to proceed, we will need formal instruction from you to outline the application process.
Step 3
At this point, we will require a 50% deposit of the agreed fees for your UK immigration visa application, calculated as the balance of the fees minus the cost of the initial consultation. We then commence work on your application, providing ongoing communication, support, and advice as your representative. The remaining balance of the agreed fees, minus the initial deposit, will be due upon submission of your application.
Step 4
Upon the Home Office's decision on your UK immigration visa application, we will notify you of the outcome. At that time, we will also return any documents that we have kept during the process and inform you of any necessary post-approval steps.
